If you find that your website cannot progress through the submission process, it is likely because our automated security scanner has flagged a technical issue. To maintain a high-quality network, all sites must pass an initial scan before they reach the Administrator for final approval.
Common reasons for a "Pending" status include:
- Detection of content that attempts to interfere with our surf system.
- Malware or Phishing Alerts: The scanner detected code patterns or blacklisted URLs associated with security risks.
- Slow Load Times: If your server takes too long to respond, the scanner cannot verify the content and will halt the process.
- Broken Links or 404 Errors: The URL provided did not lead to a live, functional webpage.
- Restricted Content: The site may contain elements that violate our Terms of Service (e.g., excessive pop-ups, auto-downloads, or prohibited content).
Important Note: Websites that remain in a "Pending" state for more than 3 days are automatically purged from our system. If your site is stuck, please review the points above, update your page, and try re-submitting.
